How the Program Coordinates Cleaning, Storage, and Repair
Cleaning on a Schedule
Residential members typically get spring and fall cleanings; commercial members often add mid-season cleanings depending on exposure. Every cleaning follows the professional process on our Cleaning page.
Seasonal Storage, Automatic
For members with fabric awnings that come down for winter, enrollment includes automatic scheduling of fall takedown, and winter storage at our climate-controlled facility.
Priority Repair Scheduling
Repair work flagged during inspections or reported between visits moves to the front of the schedule, including storm damage response. Everything follows the honest-assessment process on our Repair, Recovers, and Replacement page.
Documentation That Ties It Together
Every visit generates a record in your Program file, supporting warranty coverage, insurance claims, and long-term planning around eventual recovers and replacements.
